Our Organization
Dan is an experienced Project Manager having led teams both domestically and internationally. His experience covers a wide range of industries from mining and oil & gas to insurance and health care. His experience and knowledge has been successfully applied throughout the entire value chain of many organizations.
Dan is an operational professional with experience in workload optimization, value stream analysis, project management disciplines, lean manufacturing techniques, statistical process control and management coaching. He has worked both domestically and internationally: U.S., Canada, France, England, Australia, New Zealand, Ghana, Indonesia to name a few. His breadth of experience covers a variety of manufacturing and service industries with successful practice in unionized and non-unionized environments.
Dan is AIB certified (Food Safety for Warehousing & Distribution), a member of SMRP (Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals) pursuing CMRP certification. He is a certified Lean Project Manager and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. On a personal level, he is also learning to speak Spanish.
Dan has managed projects, in different countries, cultures and areas, being able to adapt easily to changing environments, and always showing a positive attitude. Having previously lived in America, Europe and Australia he has traveled extensively, being exposed to many different languages, cultures and ways of doing business.
